Information we collect
When you join the wait-list or contact us, we may collect information you choose to provide, including:
- your name, email address, phone number, company, website or LinkedIn URL, and role;
- your business type, feature interests, approximate lead volume, referral source, and comments;
- your choices about email or SMS marketing communications;
- the content of support, privacy, business, or career enquiries you send us.
Our website and hosting environment may also process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and security events. The wait-list form uses a short-lived value derived from the IP address to limit repeated submissions.
How we use information
- to review and respond to early-access, product, support, business, privacy, or career requests;
- to understand requested CRM capabilities and plan an appropriate account or onboarding path;
- to protect the website, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain operational records;
- to send email or SMS marketing only where you made the relevant optional choice, subject to applicable law;
- to meet legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and services.
How the wait-list form works
The public wait-list form sends the submitted information to wahi@leadsmagnit.com. It does not retain a separate copy of the submission as a WordPress form entry. Information may later be reviewed or recorded in approved Leads Magnit business systems so the team can respond and manage the request.
Cookies and similar technology
The public website may use strictly necessary WordPress or security cookies required for core functions. We do not currently use the public website to sell personal information or to run cross-context behavioural advertising. If analytics, advertising, or additional cookie-based services are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated.
When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, email delivery, security, communications, and business operations, but only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information submitted through the wait-list.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including responding to requests, maintaining business and security records, meeting legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention can vary by record type and applicable requirement.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect personal information. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Because Leads Magnit and its service providers may operate in different countries, information can be processed outside your location under the safeguards required by applicable law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. To make a request, email wahi@leadsmagnit.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You can opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe method provided in the message. For marketing SMS, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Withdrawing optional marketing consent does not affect necessary service or request-related communications.
Children
The website and CRM are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Please do not submit personal information if you are not legally able to provide it in your location.
