These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Leads Magnit LLC website, CRM platform, marketing automation tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Leads Magnit LLC (“Leads Magnit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a CRM and marketing automation platform designed to help businesses and individuals manage communication, leads, customer relationships, and campaigns.

The Services may be used for both business/commercial and personal/consumer purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Have the legal authority to accept these Terms.
  • Provide accurate account details when registering.

3. Accounts & Security

  • You may create one or more user accounts (“seats”) under a subscription plan.
  • API keys and integrations are available but must be used responsibly.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately at support@leadsmagnit.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions, Trials & Payments

  • We offer a 14-day free trial for new users.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to send illegal or abusive content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of the Services.
  • Attempt to bypass system protections or reverse-engineer the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately in cases of abuse or violations.

6. Messaging & Compliance

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that recipients of SMS, email, or other communications through the Services have provided proper consent.
  • Leads Magnit LLC is not liable for fines, blocked messages, or carrier rejections resulting from your use of the Services.
  • Example of an approved opt-in for your signup page:

“By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS and/or email updates from Leads Magnit CRM. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. I may reply STOP to opt out at any time. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.”

7. Data Ownership & Retention

  • You retain full ownership of all data you upload or manage through the CRM.
  • We only process and host data to provide the Services.
  • Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be deleted permanently.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The software, code, and features of Leads Magnit remain our property.
  • You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the platform without permission.

9. Termination

  • You may cancel at any time in your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate access immediately for abuse, fraud, or non-payment.

10. Disclaimers & Limitations

  • The Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
  • We do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted access.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failures caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, power outages, internet disruptions, or telecommunications failures.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Denver, Colorado, USA.
